Mrs. Phillips holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Virginia Wesleyan University. She began her career as a kindergarten teacher in the public school system, where she taught for six years. During that time, she developed a strong foundation in child development and academic growth. Inspired by a deep appreciation for the Montessori philosophy, Mrs. Phillips found a meaningful path that aligns with her dedication to nurturing the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally.
